Shaker Machine

Parts vibratory aligning machines basically consist of two types as follows.

• Vertical vibration type
  As parts are jumped up and down with vibration,
  this is suitable for pin type shaped or odd shaped parts.

• Horizontal vibration type
• As parts are moved smoothly on the surface,
  this is suitable for flat type shaped or slender shaped parts.

Characteristics of Shaker Machine

• This can align various kind of workpieces on same direction and same orientation
  of each surface so shortly with the required aligning quantity and pitch.
• Only one shaker machine can do align many kinds of workpieces,
  by just changing the pallet which has been pre-machined.
• Stacking different kind of pallets each other after parts already populated,
  can make the finished or assmebled products through consecutive operation.
• It is also possible to distinguish NG sized or faulty parts among plenty of workpieces.
• While the Shaker is vibrating, operators can involve in other works
  with an advantage of effective production.
• Variety of applications are available for such inspection,greese filling,
  tranport to other machines, shift to your present jig etc in accordance
  with the required specification on alignment.
